ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE
By participating in the competition, the Instagram user expressly accepts these general terms and conditions of participation. The minimum age for participation is 18 years. Employees of Andrea Ewers Schneidermeisterbetrieb and all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are excluded from participation, as are their relatives or partners.
Participation in the competition is via the Rockabillymode or Rebelbride account on Instagram or Facebook. Participation is valid by completing and submitting the contact form. The competition begins on March 27, 2025, in the form of a competition at a trade fair and ends on April 9, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
The following steps must be completed by the user in order to participate:
1. The user must fill out the competition form.
2. The user must do this personally, as the prize is not transferable
Multiple entries do not increase your chances of winning.
Only submitted forms that meet the conditions of participation are valid. In the event of violations of these rules, the participant is solely responsible for any legal violations. The participant fully indemnifies Andrea Ewers Schneidermeisterbetrieb from all claims by third parties, including the necessary costs of legal defense and prosecution.
The winners will be determined and notified the day after the competition ends. If the winner does not respond within 7 calendar days, their right to the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn at random.
A total of one main prize will be drawn from all valid entries. Each person can only win one prize. The prize is a wedding dress worth up to €2,000. The main prize can only be made from fabrics we typically use to make wedding dresses. The prize must be redeemed within three months of notification of the winner. The prize cannot be paid out in cash. If the prize cannot be shipped, it must be collected in person at the Andrea Ewers Schneidermeisterbetrieb business premises.
There are five prizes worth €500 in the form of a voucher for the purchase of a wedding dress from our studio. The voucher can be used for purchases of goods worth €1,200 or more. Each person can only win one prize. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash. The prize must be redeemed within two months of notification of the winner. If the prize cannot be shipped, it must be collected in person at the Andrea Ewers Schneidermeisterbetrieb business premises.
There are four prizes worth €240 each for the third-place winner, consisting of a bridal jacket in black leather or a blue denim jacket. The jacket can only be won in conjunction with the purchase of a wedding dress in our studio. Each person can only win one prize. The prize cannot be paid out in cash. If the prize cannot be shipped, it must be collected in person at Andrea Ewers Schneidermeisterbetrieb.
RELEASE FROM INSTAGRAM
The competitions via our Instagram profile are not affiliated with Facebook, Inc. or Facebook Ireland Ltd. The competitions are not sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram in any way and do not create any legal claims against Instagram. All information related to the competitions is provided exclusively by Andrea Ewers Schneidermeisterbetrieb as the organizer.
LIABILITY
As the organizer of the competition, Andrea Ewers Schneidermeisterbetrieb is only liable for damages related to the competition that were caused intentionally or through gross negligence by its own employees or other vicarious agents. As the competition organizer, Andrea Ewers Schneidermeisterbetrieb is not liable for damages resulting from malfunctions of technical systems, for delays or interruptions in transmissions, or for damages related to participation in the competition.
RESERVATION CLAUSE
Andrea Ewers Schneidermeisterbetrieb reserves the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. However, Andrea Ewers Schneidermeisterbetrieb will only exercise this option if the proper conduct of the competition cannot be guaranteed due to force majeure, technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, tampering with, or errors in the hardware and/or software), or legal reasons. Andrea Ewers Schneidermeisterbetrieb is not liable for losses, failures, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. In justified cases, the prize may be replaced with prizes of equivalent value.
DATA PROTECTION
As part of the competition, personal data will be collected from the winner and any accompanying persons. We need this data to administer the competition. For this purpose, the winner's first and last name, postal address, and email address will be collected, stored, and used. In the event of a win, Andrea Ewers Schneidermeisterbetrieb, as the organizer, is also entitled to publish the winner's Instagram profile picture and name (also outside of Instagram, for example, on our website). By participating in our Instagram competitions, each participant also agrees to our privacy policy.
MISCELLANEOUS
The competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Cash payment of prizes is not possible. Claims to prizes cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely reflects the purpose of the invalid provision. Andrea Ewers Schneidermeisterbetrieb reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Legal recourse is excluded.
