The party

Helga and her future husband chose a 1950s vintage-style wedding. Helga loves the feminine look anyway and enjoys wearing it in her free time as well. She wrote the following about the day:

Hello Andrea,

Our wedding was a fantastic day and I received so many compliments on the beautiful dress :)

Here are some beautiful photos from our wedding :)

The Details

To complete the look from head to toe, we not only sewed the dress and boleros, but also took care of the necessary finishing touches. In addition to the beautiful shoe bows, we added a matching bag, a rose corsage, and a handmade fascinator.

Stylish in tights with a line and gusset

The bouquet of flowers also fits the great concept!

The couple

To ensure a wonderfully cohesive look, the couple opted for a brown/beige color scheme. Helga is wearing a rockabilly wedding dress made of sumptuous bourette silk combined with leopard-print taffeta. Her husband opted for a beige/brown striped denim combo of trousers and a waistcoat. The gentleman wears a handkerchief, also made by us, and a corsage. He complements the look with a beige, not-quite-buttoned shirt and handmade lace-up shoes made of genuine cowhide.

Even the keychain matches the outfit. Such a beautiful pair!

Die Location

Pure industrial charm and a sense of local identity come together here. These intimate moments of love and happiness were captured between miners' helmets and the rails over which the minecarts once whizzed.

The photographer

A huge compliment must be given to photographer Lena Manteuffel, who skillfully used the available light to create a masterpiece of photography.
